Services

All services provided by Diamond Power Tech are subject to a separate service agreement or quotation document. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Site surveys are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or site conditions. Warranty terms for installed systems are specified in the relevant service agreement.

Online Shop

Products listed in our online shop are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Payment is processed at the time of order through our payment gateway (Paystack or Flutterwave).

Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs depend on your location and the products ordered. We will provide estimated delivery information at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs for resolution.

Returns and Refunds

See our Return and Refund Policy for complete details. In summary, unused and undamaged products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Customised or installed products are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
